Memorable experience, not to be missed!!!
I flew with Turquaz with a friend on Oct 3, 2022. The entire experience was very well-organized, from pick-up to breakfast, to take-off area and back to hotel, etc. Our pilot, Abdullah, was very skilled. The ride was super smooth and he maneuvered in and out of valleys, near rock formation, sometimes flying high and sometimes dipping as though it was the easiest thing in the world!!! And despite him sometimes gaining altitude and other times dipping at 4m/sec, it felt as though we were calmly floating all the time. Abdullah also spoke English and explained things for us and he was funny, too. I am afraid of heights but the ride felt super safe and super smooth, and I was so comfortable and relaxed, and did not tense up although we were up in the air. The entire support crew did an amazing job. And the guide, Gulsen, was also knowledgeable and friendly and funny. Turquaz only has smaller baskets that fit up to 16 people, and I recommend going on such rides, not on ones with 30 people, as it is easier to take pictures without being blocked. At the end of our ride, we were also given certificates!! It was lots of fun! If you are in Cappadocia, do not even THINK of skipping the hot air balloon experience, no matter what! Definitely worth it!!

A fulfilling experience
I was very lucky to get on this ride after a week of cancellation and two failed attempts in my previous visit to Cappadoce 1,5 year ago. And i was also lucky to have this experience managed by Turquaz, a part of the Kelebek group of companies who are the professionals in arranging the best Cappadoce experience. Besides the magnificent views and professionally conducted balloon (our chauffeur Abdullah has had somewhat 800 rides, like this is unimaginable, the guy has the best job in the world) you’re provided with the breakfast ahead the ride, little champagne party afterwards and some cute little souvenirs. These simple things makes you feel that every last cent was worth it :) and generally is price was more then reasonable imo i wouldn’t comment about the flight itself. You just HAVE to try it by yourself! And no doubts Turquaz is a very good choice to have your experience with

Unforgettable experience.
Truly magical experience and memories to last a lifetime. We had a magical experience from start to finish! I booked online months in advance as it was a suprise for my husbands birthday. I done a lot of research before booking with a Ballon company after reading some horror stories online. I chose Turquaz Balloons as they had great reviews and now I can see why! The day before our flight I got an email and WhatsApp message confirming the time of pick up from our hotel - 4am from Calera Hotel in Uchisar. We drove for around 10 minutes to the Turquaz Balloon office for breakfast and coffee whilst we waited for the civil aviation authority to give the green light. At around 5am we were then taken to the balloon site and it wasn't long before the flames were going and we were taking flight. We opted for the 'Comfort Flight' which meant we had 4 people per basket (4 baskets) and there was plenty of space to move around and switch places if needed - although we could all see perfectly well without moving. Our Pilot SELÇUK ÖZDOĞAN was amazing. He was knowledgeable and skilled making sure to rotate the basket often so everyone could see the amazing views. Around 150-160 Balloons took flight and it was such a beautiful sight as the sun was rising behind the mountains. We travelled over the landscape gracefully with views of sword valley & love valley (i cannot recall the other names) - every direction were balloons, pink skies and beautiful views. The flight was approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and Selçuk even landed the basket on the trailer of the truck ready to pack away. We were so impressed with his skill. After the flight we celebrated with our medal, certificate, champagne (orange or hot chocolate) and cake. We had the opportunity to take some pictures from the ground before being taken back to our hotels around 7.30am. It truly was a magical experience and we created memories that will last a lifetime. I would recommend Turquaz Balloons to anyone who is considering a flight, their service has been wonderful and made the experience even better.

THE BEST THING EVER ❤️
Me and my boyfriend went on our first hot air balloon flight and it did not disappoint. I wasn't really sure what to expect to be honest but it was incredible!! We got picked up from our hotel at around 4.30am and it was only a 7 minute walk from our hotel, if we had known we would happily have walked but the pick up was included. We checked in at Turquaz and had breakfast, which had pastries and fruit. Tea/coffee and juices. After breakfast we was driven to the balloons short ride away. It was amazing to see so many other balloons getting ready to take flight. We had our pilot Yahya and Mamed who was fantastic! Funny, informative and it was so amazing being in the sky, so calm and peaceful. Just stunning. Got to a great spot for the sunrise and it was just 😍 We was in the sky for 63 minutes to be precise and the landing was amazing! On the back of the trailer, the man has skills! 😎 After the ride, it was celebrated with champagne, chocolate cake and strawberry! Followed by certificates and medals! Absolutely incredible day, loved every minute and would definitely recommend! I would do it all again 💯

Unforgettable experience.
This experience alone is worth travelling to Cappadocia for. Turquaz did a fantastic job organising the trip and making it feel very special with warm and attentive staff/pilots/drivers. We were fortunate to have good weather (suggest going in warm months) and would definitley recommend this opportunity if it is affordable to you!

从早上接人开始，就感觉到公司服务的周到。提供早餐，高效，尽量减少顾客的等候时间，并且尽量减少在低温的户外等待的时间. 飞行员太棒了，直接落在拖车上, 并且没有让我们做出. 简直是完美着落。着落区有很多别家公司的气球，我们是我唯一 到有成功着落庆祝活动的，有香槟，有热饮，有点心，有证书与奖章。这次体验真的太完美了

Meraviglioso!
Servizio impeccabile, dalla prenotazione alle comunicazioni successive tramite whatsapp. Il transfer puntuale come da programma, colazione ricchissima presso la sede Turquaz, comodamente seduti in compagnia degli altri ospiti. Volo di un'ora abbondante sulle Love Valley, Red e Rose. Yahia, il nostro pilota, preparatissimo, ci ha spiegato tutte le varie fasi e le procedure di emergenza con grande professionalità. Il volo è meraviglioso, un'esperienza che vale il costo (peraltro ottimo con Turquaz prenotando in anticipo) e la sveglia all'alba.

Lo mejor!.
La mejor experiencia de mi vida y Turquaz me dió la oportunidad de vivirlo 10/10. Suuuuper profesionales y puntuales. Mi pareja le tiene miedo a las alturas, pero el piloto fue tan crackkk que lo ayudo a sentirse bien y sin miedo. Todooo lo maximo!

Super organisation avec petit déjeuner au départ et collation à l'arrivée. Vol magnifique au dessus de la région avec les explications du pilote. Merci Abdullah pour ce vol !

經驗豐富
起飛和降落都很平穩，期間帶我們看了玫瑰谷和愛情谷，最後下來開兩瓶酒慶祝一下。起飛前就知道有照片和視頻可選，降落之後只顧拍照沒有去查看視頻，所以沒有買到照片。此處有建議：開香檳前強調一下，先看照片再去拍照呀。

Top Anbieter und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal - tolle Erfahrung
Der Heißluftballonflug mit Abdullah war atemberaubend. Top organisiert, mit Frühstück, Hotelabholung, Infos zum Flug. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn wir nochmal dort sind buchen wir definitiv wieder hier!

Incredible experience.
Prompt pick up time from our hotel (03:50). Picked up a few other passengers arriving at location for breakfast. Then driven to take off zone where we watched the 🎈 be prepared. Friendly staff/driver/pilot, amazing views and champagne breakfast/hot chocolate and cake to celebrate after being driven back straight to our hotel. The only thing to be wary of is weather conditions (which are completely out of the Touring Agencies control). This may result in your trip being rescheduled but we were lucky enough to have a successful flight first time!

Flying with Turquaz was a great experience
Staff were very communicative via email and WhatsApp, answering and questions and updating us on flight status. We were very lucky to be able to fly on one of the days we were in town. Our original date was cancelled but they quickly were able to reschedule us for the next day. Pick up from hotel was efficient. Upon arriving to their office, we were treated to croissants, pastries, water, coffee and tea. Check in was well organized. Once staff were given permission to fly and depart, we were quickly brought to our take off location. The process of setting up the balloon was a great sight to see. An even better sight was in the air! Sunrise was beautiful. Our pilot Selcuk and guide Emre were the best! They made the flight enjoyable from take off to landing. They guided us through Goreme and the many valleys and fairy chimney areas, ranging the elevation for great views. Their humour was also great. It did not feel like we were hundreds of metres in the air - the flight was very comfortable. Landing was also very smooth, and the ground crew was very efficient. The champagne celebration, certificate and medal at the end was a great touch. Overall highly recommend Turquaz for any visitors to Cappadocia.

Klasse Service.
Auf die Minuten genaue Abholung. Das ganze Team sehr kompetent und freundlich. Es war sehr teuer, aber es hat sich definitiv gelohnt.!
